Sarah Belle Akin 7 Feb 1858 New Orleans, Orleans Parish Co., Louisana and died 9 Jun 1932 Rosita, Colorado. Her parents were: John Akin and Dorcas Bradley. Mother buried in Idaho and don't about father.
Sarah married Bethune Dunkin Payne and had three children: Bethune Calvin Payne of Heber City, Utah; Willetta B. Clift of Rosita; Lois Nettie Payne Piltz Vandervoort of Colorado Springs.
She divorced Bethune and married Walter Barton Rants.
