Mrs. Smith, 81, died March 13, 2001, in Colorado Springs. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Smith was born May 24, 1919, in St. Charles, Mo., to Oliver M. and Anna M. (Fuest) Boschert, who are deceased. She was married Sept. 7, 1938, to Leroy A. Smith, who is deceased. She is survived by a son, Ron; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Dennis "Boots"; and a brother, Frank Boschert. Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. today at Swan Law Funeral Directors, 501 N. Cascade Ave., 471-9900. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Evergreen Cemetery, 1005 S. Hancock Ave. Memorial contributions may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Colorado Springs, 12 N. Meade Ave., Colorado Springs 80909.

Deceased Name: LeROY A. SMITH
Mr. Smith, 82, died Feb. 24, 2000, at a local care center. He was a master carpenter involved with building and remodeling many buildings around Colorado Springs and served in the Army in the 16th Infantry in Germany during World War II. Mr. Smith was born Jan. 11, 1918, in Kendrick. He was married Sept. 7, 1938, to Leona Boschert. He is survived by his wife; a son, Ron; a brother, Garold; seven grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, Dennis; eight brothers; and a sister. Visitation will be from 3 to 6 p.m. Sunday at Swan Law Funeral Directors, 501 N. Cascade Ave., 471-9900. Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Evergreen Cemetery, 1005 S. Hancock Ave. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, 1280 S. Parker Road, Denver 80231.
