Mary Jane “Jennie” Shields was born in Bolton, England on March 27, 1877. She came to CO at age of 10 with her family. She married James E. Shaughnessy in Denver in 1894. They had 3 children. She died October 4, 1971 in Columbine, CO at the age of 94. (block 54 lot 59A4)
