Elmo Raymond Conger was born November 15, 1892 in Wallace, Lincoln County, Nebraska to Joseph F. and Rebecca Light Conger. Elmo was in the US Navy World War I he was a Fireman on the ship (F 2). He married Sylvia Christina Atkins April 9, 1930 in Persia Iowa. They had three children. Elmo died December 1, 1983 in Thornton, Colorado.
He is buried in section S 6647. Sylvia is buried with him.
