Edward was the second oldest to Elmer Bethune Payne and Rose Ann Bean.
Edward was born 27 Jul 1926 Canon City, Colorado and died 22 Jul 1927. He has two other siblings who are gone, Elmer Jr. buried in Utah and Marie Payne buried in a ditch.
His tombstone was to be fixed but since his mother is gone I do not know what will happen to it.
